What is a production recipe? That is, a set of production data formed according to the material, size and process requirements of each product, including: pace, pull length, temperature, pull ratios, the position of each mechanism, etc., and store these data (up to 10,000 sets of data). It not only improves the production efficiency and product quality, but also omits the debugging time and waste of materials when the product is replaced every time.
This equipment is modular in design, and the longitudinal position of each module on the platform can be adjusted automatically (servo system).
One of the core technologies is the UPT heat seal technology.
Ø The thickness of the heating wire is 0.3mm and the width is 5mm. With our own patented control technology, heating is 150°C/0.85sec, cooling is 60°C/1sec, and the temperature difference between two ends and middle is＜±2°C.
Ø ①The back of the UPT heating wire is coated with a heat-resistant silicone layer to reduce heat loss. ②It also avoids damage to the film structure caused by metal and metal extrusion during heat sealing. ③ The hardness of silica gel is strictly required. This is necessary to ensure adequate hardness of the heat seal, as well as to ensure a soft full fit during heat seal and to prevent damage to the material structure.
Ø The uniformity of heat seal strength is＜±5N/15mm.
Ø No need for pre-heating (25-30 minutes) after start-up, no need for continuous power supply and heating, greatly saving energy up to 60%.
Ø Its instant cooling is more conducive to heat sealing of polyethylene materials.
Ø The wastage and scrap rate caused by each start/stop is 0.
Unwinding system
6 sets of independent active unwinding systems +6 sets of unwinding traction systems, all use the Panasonic servo system. Combined with our many years of program control experience, ensure that the tension between each layer of film is very even, laying a solid foundation for product quality. Can produce single ply bags as well as 2 and 3 ply bags.
Thanks to its modular design, it can be freely combined and assembled as needed. The position of the heat-sealing mechanism on each module can all be precisely controlled longitudinally and transversely by a servo motor. The valve and lining can be installed on both the top and bottom film, and the position of the valve can be accurately controlled by a servo.
Mature technology makes the operation of the equipment more stable and efficient
In the past, commissioning a large piece of equipment like this has taken 10-15 days for mechanical commissioning. But now it only takes 2-3 days. Because each customer's product, material and process is different, it takes 3-4 days to optimize the program. Repeated optimization of the program makes the work easier, and the equipment works more stably and efficiently.
