UPT pulsed welding technology
When welding multilayer films (6 or 8 layers) or handling films with a PE surface layer, the drawbacks of traditional electric heating tube methods become glaringly apparent. Our UPT pulsed welding technology represents a revolutionary advancement.

A. Instant Heating: 150°C in 0.85 seconds, Instant Cooling: 60°C in 1 second. The speed is increased by 3,000 times. Instant cooling is particularly effective for welding composite films with a PE surface layer.

B. Temperature difference of less than ±1°C, with a 10-fold improvement in temperature uniformity. Uniform temperatures on both the upper and lower welding surfaces ensure even film melting, which is a prerequisite for high-quality welding.

C. No preheating required, no continuous power supply needed for heating, resulting in a 60% energy saving.
Servo unwinding system and unwinding traction system Since bag-in-box packaging is made of multiple layers of film, each layer must share the weight of the liquid simultaneously. This requires that the tension of each film layer during the bag production process be highly consistent and synchronized.
Our technology and configuration:
A. 6 sets of servo-driven unwinding devices.
B. 6 sets of servos unwinding traction devices.
C. A material storage mechanism consisting of over 100 aluminum rollers and 6 sets of MSC pressure regulators with absolute encoders (floating swing arms).
D. 3 sets of servo-synchronized traction systems.
E. 15 servo systems + PLC and a powerful program for coordinated control of film movement, ensuring absolutely uniform and synchronized advancement of each film layer without any stretching.

Why is our welding structure like this?
A. The upper and lower devices are synchronously squeezed in the middle and synchronously disengaged in the opposite direction.
B. The film is always in the middle of the upper and lower welding surfaces. The film is evenly stressed and stable.
C. Since we use electric heating wire (5mm wide and 0.3mm thick) to heat and contact the film, there is no heat conduction structure and no heat loss. A heat-resistant silicone layer is attached to the back of the heating wire, which greatly improves the fit of the upper and lower welding surfaces and effectively prevents damage to the material structure.
D. The upper and lower welding mechanisms are equipped with synchronous gears to ensure the synchronization of the upper and lower movements and the uniform stress on the welding surface.
