Welded zipper device

Advantages over traditional technologies:
The length of the longitudinal sealing device is 1710mm, and the effective length of the heat sealer is over 1600mm. Compared with the traditional length of 1050mm, it can achieve 100% efficient heat sealing twice with 800mm pull length (PA+PE and PET+PE), the quality is guaranteed and the speed is improved. The bottom heat sealing mechanism is driven by a servo motor, which is upgraded from stationary to moving up and down. The heat sealing time can be controlled according to the characteristics of the film material.
The specific manifestation is as follows:
ØThe lower heat sealing mechanism is in the downward movement state when the film is pulled out. Compared with the fixed type, it will not continuously overheat the film, damage the film, and wrinkle the surface of the film, thereby damaging the welding quality between the zipper and the film.
ØThe use of servo technology, in addition to the mechanism can move up and down, can also control the duration under different working conditions according to the characteristics of the film material, such as the downward movement height, heat sealing duration, etc., to further ensure quality of welding between film and lightning.
